Overall Purpose: This position is a primary client liaison of our Client Data Management team within Early Warning Services Customer Implementation & Support organization. Working directly with new or existing clients, is responsible for initiating and leading client data projects such as contribution, quality, and remediation projects that may be less routine and are moderate/high complexity and/or key/top tier clients. Projects may deal with multiple datasets for all Early Warning products and services. This position will also perform monitoring, research, and analysis of client data to ensure the quality of client contributed data necessary to optimize Early Warning model and product performance.
