The Senior Client Advocate serves as the central point of contact for all Contract related issues, managing a constant flow of incoming requests and forwarding each request to the appropriate support area. This role involves triaging and directing all communication, gathering and validating cost estimates for requested changes, and ensuring those costs are appropriate and fulfilled. The Senior Client Advocate functions as a liaison between the I/S division and the customer, overseeing budget and project components tied to the contract, with a particular focus on Lab Claims operations supported by CDS. This is a full-time and onsite position with Companion Data Services, a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, located in Columbia, SC. The role encompasses technical account management, steering support, systems/services monitoring, internal marketing, and product improvement. Key aspects include understanding customer business needs, fostering relationships, managing disputes, defining and negotiating I/S work requests, monitoring service levels, providing strategic consultancy, proactively marketing I/S offerings, and identifying opportunities for product and service utilization.
