Our finance team is currently seeking a Sr. Claims Reinsurance Consultant in our Worcester, MA location. This position can accommodate a Hybrid work schedule. This is a Full Time/Exempt role. Responsible for reinsurance claims, preparing notifications for qualifying losses, and analyzing loss data to improve reporting and processes. The Sr. Claims Reinsurance Consultant will prioritize claims based on claim aging information, refine their understanding of reinsurance treaties, and provide technical expertise across business functions. Partnering with business units, this role will gather loss information, develop reinsurance strategies, and interpret complex coverage issues. Additionally, this role will lead special projects and apply knowledge to loss activity.
