Arch Insurance Group Inc., AIGI, has an opening with the Claims Division on the MidCorp Team as a Senior Claims Adjuster - Commercial Liability. In this role, the responsibilities include but are not limited to actively managing and effectively overseeing an assigned caseload of claims. Ensure claims are handled within authority limits, and in line with Arch's Claims Standards procedures and guidelines. Utilize third party service providers to achieve economical results and to provide a high quality service to all internal and external customers. Viewed as a technical referral point for other Claims Handlers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
