Requirements

  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and five or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as algebra and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Advanced knowledge of current engineering drafting software, including Autodesk AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Bluebeam Revu; and Deltek Vision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability and desire to deliver excellent client services.

Responsibilities

  • Work on private developments that include residential subdivisions, commercial, mixed use, and industrial site development projects.
  • Collaborate in drafting detailed construction plans and details used in planning and construction of civil engineering projects.

  • Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
  • $80,155 - $94,300 - $100,000 salary range based on a 40-hour work week.
