Corium Innovations is seeking a Sr. Chemical Compounder for 1st shift who will operate chemical process equipment to produce products and/or components to meet cGMP, customer specifications and/or quality standards. This position also maintains accurate production records following cGMP and company policies. Your most Innovative career move is here!   • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Chemical Safety Practices.
  • Working knowledge of chemical process requirements and safe handling of hazardous substances.
  • Operation and basic maintenance of mix tanks.
  • Working knowledge of gowning, cleaning and environmental monitoring procedures.
  • Accurately complete batch record and cleaning/equipment log documentation.
  • Material handling, including weighing and staging of raw materials.
  • Sampling and performing in-process testing and associated documentation.
  • Performing digital inventory material transactions.
  • Proper care of tooling and equipment.
  • Cleaning of equipment and facilities.
  • Leading and completing the training of other employees, as requested.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in GMP or chemical mixing environment.
  • Ability to use/read measuring devices and enter data onto appropriate documentation.
  • Basic math skills for computing yields and other calculations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution.
  • Proven record of accurate documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to complete compounder training on all commercial produce mixes.
  • Ability to work 6am - 2pm Monday-Friday.
