About The Position

As Senior Chef Manager, you’ll lead both front and back-of-house operations, driving a high-quality culinary program while owning financial performance. You’ll oversee menu development, cost controls, inventory, purchasing, and team leadership—ensuring excellence in food, service, and operations.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership
  • Strong P&L, cost control, and high-volume experience
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Strong communication and client-facing presence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • ServSafe (or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily culinary and service operations
  • Manage food/labor costs, budgets, and financial reporting
  • Oversee menu development, purchasing, and inventory
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
