About The Position
The Sr. Change Manager will be a critical member of the Amazon Fresh Stores (AFS) operations team. This role will be an individual contributor who will collaborate with stakeholders in and outside of Fresh Stores including program and product managers from all areas of AFS. This role is responsible for maintaining the portfolio of all projects and changes that impact Fresh Stores. They will iterate on the current strategy of project management for the organization and create a seamless, streamlined, repeatable process that can be easily understood and used by all members of the organization. The Sr Change Manager is someone who is fearless – able to respectfully but effectively push back on all levels of the organization to ensure that projects and programs rolling out to stores are appropriate, vetted, and correctly timed.
