About The Position
The Senior Change Agent at Trane Technologies is responsible for leading Lean transformation initiatives within the organization. This role focuses on incorporating Lean principles, practices, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Senior Change Agent will conduct value stream analyses, lead improvement events, and foster a culture of continuous improvement by training and coaching staff.
