About The Position

As a leader in the Treasury department, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processes for various financial transactions, including participation loans, whole loan transactions, securitization transactions, and subordinated debt transactions. Your role will involve leveraging your capital markets expertise to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of complex financial transactions while optimizing capital structures and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing capital markets products and transactions, which include syndicated loans, asset-backed securities (ABS), mortgage-backed securities (MBS), and subordinated debt instruments. You will be expected to utilize your analytical skills to design and prepare financial models that support decision-making processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with credit union personnel and external stakeholders will be essential for success in this role.
