This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. This role supports the development and operations of test facilities for our internally developed rocket engines, launch vehicles, and landers across Blue Origin. As part of a hardworking team of designers and engineers, you will be responsible to create models, drawings, and configurations of ground system hardware with a focus on mechanical and fluid systems including structures, piping, and components. You will provide CAD and PLM support to generate models and drawings. You will incorporate drafting standards and standard drawing notes based on company, program, and industry standards. In addition, you will perform model and drawing check activities during release reviews. The best Blue Origin designers are versatile and skilled with experience using Creo’s supplemental extensions, such as AFX and ProPiping as well as proficient in manipulating associated Windchill product structures and change notices.
