Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 3 (5) years in Purchasing role.
• Experience in sourcing, sourcing decisions, negotiations, strategic analysis and managing a supply base.
• Proved experience as buyer in the automotive sector and/or electronic
• Skilled in computer office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong personal skills to work in a global team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication in the local language and in English.
• Open minded, Self-motivated, Team oriented and Analytical
• Demonstrated knowledge in Automotive quality assurance systems for suppliers and components.
• Experience in supplier management process, systems and tools
• Experience in Contract management (such as complex Annual price agreements, Long Terms Agreements, Terms and Conditions)
• Coaching and training of category buyers
