The Sr. Buyer/Planner is responsible for buying and planning capital equipment to ensure material availability, optimize inventory, and support Mammotome's global supply chain objectives. This role will manage procurement through MRP and other planning methods, maintain supplier relationships, and drive performance in On-Time Delivery (OTD) , cost efficiency , and inventory accuracy . The position requires strong analytical skills, ERP expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. The role is also involved in special initiatives within the Global Supply Chain team plus additional projects as needed or assigned. The role combines traditional buyer/planner duties with expertise in analytics, problem solving, ERP administration, workflow automation (including Agentic AI), and lean coaching. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Planning and is part of the Global Operations Team and will be located in Cincinnati, Ohio as an on-site role.
