About The Position
The Senior Buyer for Direct Materials at Florida Crystals is responsible for strategic sourcing and managing purchasing for assigned categories, including packaging, ingredients, and process chemicals. This role involves identifying new supply sources, conducting market analysis, and negotiating contracts to optimize business operations. The Senior Buyer will work collaboratively within a team, maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and guide less experienced purchasing staff.
