About The Position

You will report directly to our IT Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: New Hires will work onsite M-F for the first 90 days.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business systems analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including data modeling and process mapping.
  • Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools to analyze and interpret data effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
