About The Position

This position provides leadership in evaluating strategic objectives and formulating strategic direction for the organization. The role involves supporting decision-making through the assessment of business trends and data analytics, as well as developing analyses grounded in a deep understanding of the business, industry, and market trends. The individual will predict market changes, summarize insights from various data sources, and develop strategic frameworks to manage business scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical field.
• Five years of related work experience in strategy development and analysis.
• Experience in market research and analysis of product performance.
• Demonstrated business acumen and experience in transformational strategic assessments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with BI tools and data modeling.
• Strong human relations skills.
