About The Position
American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) is currently seeking a Sr. Analyst Business Project Analyst for our Business Operations Solutions department. This position will develop, lead, maintain and deliver medium to large business initiatives and projects benefiting internal and external customers, dealers, and associates. He or she will represent and advocate for the business product development and solution management that are in alignment with AHM and AHFC corporate strategies. Within the assigned process discipline and with internal and external partners, they are to achieve objectives including: Process maintenance and advancement, policy amendments, project requirements, testing, and field support
Requirements
- Minimum Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience with leadership roles
- Leadership, business analysis, process mapping, and business communications including documenting and managing complex business requirements
- User acceptance testing
- Project management
Nice To Haves
- Graduate degree preferred
- Captive / auto finance or banking experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large initiatives, document business requirements for projects, and oversee testing to advance strategic objectives
- Identify and develop processes to assist the achievement of targets
- With procurement and department leadership, monitor vendor performance and SLA's
- Foster leadership development and enhance the impact and effectiveness of team members.
- Ensure SOX, regulatory and audit compliance across assigned projects
- Support business transition by driving the development of communication and training
