About The Position

As a Sr. Business Planning Manager at our Hopkins, MN corporate headquarters, you will play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. You will partner cross-functionally to align plans, drive accountability, and deliver consistent outcomes using established planning standards, tools, and rhythms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including required experience in consumer-packaged goods
  • Deep expertise in one or more areas: Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain consulting
  • Strong business acumen with executive-level communication and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-directed project leader with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of the Business Unit Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring alignment across customer, channel, category, financial, supply chain, and strategic requirements
  • Own and drive IBP routines, including Product Management Review (PMR), Demand Review, Supply Review, and Sales, Operations & Execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver plans, insights, and timelines
  • Support monthly Business Unit reviews in partnership with the IBP Lead
  • Influence business decisions by translating data and analytics into actionable insights
  • Deliver near- and long-term strategic and tactical plans through disciplined IBP cycle facilitation
  • Own the risk and opportunity ledger, including identification and resolution of supply, demand, and financial gaps
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, as applicable

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
