About The Position
This position involves researching, developing, and maintaining relevant business plan models and reporting systems that align with the Corporate strategy. The role includes preparing comparative analyses based on company statistics and industry norms for internal management purposes. The individual will develop, perform, analyze, and provide business plan models that support the Business Unit's Five Year Business Plan, acting as a consultant to Business Unit Officers and Shared Service Unit heads in the development of plans and detailed budgets. Additionally, the role requires performing economic and business analyses on special projects and proposals from various Company departments, interfacing with management as a strategic resource in determining the appropriate analytical approach, preparing statistical analyses, and interpreting results. The position also involves coordinating the gathering of Business Unit and Shared Service Unit detail operating and capital budget information, planning modifications of existing planning and budgeting systems, and leading the evaluation and implementation of new technologies in the planning and budget process. The individual will provide financial, business, and securities analysis and due diligence studies to executive management regarding potential development opportunities, developing economic models and forecasting scenarios to support evaluating business decisions. Finally, the role includes forecasting long-term financial results for the Company and corporate development opportunities to secure financing from banks and other lending institutions.
