General Merchandise Retailers

Target is an iconic brand, a Fortune 50 company and one of America's leading retailers. Target Merchandising is evolving at an incredible pace. We are constantly reimagining how this $70 billion retailer offers the innovative, guest-inspiring items that Target is known and loved for. Our goal is to deliver exceptional value, quality and style to elevate Target as the premier retailer in a competitive global marketplace. Through intelligent and progressive business strategies that make the most of Target's resources and partnerships worldwide, merchandising works across product categories to create a localized shopping experience online and in our 1800 stores. A role with Space, Presentation & Transitions means you're on a mission to create better store space and experiences for our guest while maximizing sales. We are responsible for ensuring the right item is on the right shelf in the right store. We drive space and presentation changes through our New Store, Remodel and Transition programs - bringing updated and new experiences to life for our guests in stores. We believe that making increasingly better space allocation and presentation decisions will increase sales, improve guest satisfaction, and reduce out-of-stocks. As Sr. Business Partner Performance Health & Reporting on the SPT Program Management team, you will lead the development of our multi-year strategy to elevate performance measurement, reporting, and operational health visibility across the SPT portfolio. Your work will enable our teams to deliver planograms and adjacencies that are accurate, on time, complete, and on budget—while equipping leaders with the insights needed to drive smart, data-informed decisions. In this role, you'll design and implement a centralized KPI dashboard that brings transparency to our most critical performance metrics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and evolve these measures in a way that promotes accountability and continuous improvement across the organization. You'll lead the evolution of SPT reporting capabilities across Domo, Greenfield, and Hubble—balancing operational needs with a focus on simplicity, usability, and adoption. As the US Reporting Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you'll partner closely with Data Analytics teams to manage intake, prioritize needs, and build scalable, sustainable solutions. Every tool and report you deliver will be designed with the end user in mind—ensuring clarity, relevance, and ease of use. You'll also develop and lead the rollout strategy and communication plans to ensure new tools are well-understood, easily accessible, and effectively adopted across the global organization.
