About The Position

As the Senior Business Partner, you will lead enterprise-level Adult Beverage and DSD initiatives with a primary focus on improving item reliability and OSA through refined processes, scalable technical capabilities, and strong vendor performance management. This role is an important contributor to the design and development of tools and processes that power DSD and Adult Beverage execution across stores. This role requires strong technical and analytical expertise paired with clear, effective communication skills. You will translate complex system and data insights into actionable solutions, build trust-based partnerships across Food & Beverage, and drive adoption by actively listening to feedback and iterating on solutions Blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution, you will partner closely with Cross Functional teams to shape capabilities from concept through deployment—ensuring solutions are grounded in operational realities and deliver measurable improvements in item reliability and guest-facing availability.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or process management
  • Proven ability to define and execute a technology-enabled strategic vision for operational improvement
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and systems integration
  • Demonstrated success in influencing and aligning cross-functional technical and business partners, including senior leadership
  • Experience managing DSD or Adult Beverage systems and vendor integrations
  • Skilled in process mapping, performance metrics development, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills across multiple teams and geographies
  • Ability to travel for field visits and operational reviews

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Adult Beverage and DSD tools and processes that improve item reliability, in-stock performance, and OSA.
  • Drive optimization of Backroom Allocation capabilities to right size DSD item replenishment inventory to support item availability between deliveries
  • Lead the refresh and evolution of TruVisit and Store Service Escalation tools to enable faster issue resolution, reduce execution variability, and improve store and vendor experience.
  • Support Milk Transformation market expansion supplier and store team onboarding including store ordering and item forecasts.
