The Senior Business Manager for Customer Security and Trust (CST) serves as a strategic and operational partner to leaders, with an emphasis on financial stewardship, headcount management, and business execution. This role drives clarity in complex and ambiguous environments by leading executive budget management, financial planning, and operational rigor across CST. The role is responsible for the end-to-end Executive Management budget for CST, active management of budgets for multiple teams, and overall financial and operational oversight across the organization. This position owns rhythm of business (ROB) mechanics, organizational scorecards, and operational reporting to ensure accountability, compliance, and alignment with leadership priorities. As a trusted advisor, the Senior Business Manager enables effective decision-making, ensures business continuity, and supports a healthy organizational culture aligned with Microsoft’s People Strategy and One Microsoft Diversity & Inclusion commitments.
