About The Position

The Research & Process Optimization Team (RPO) sits under the Commercial Loan Operations and Servicing (CLOS), on the Production Enablement & Control Team (PEC). PEC seeks to enable the CLOS organization to do its best work. We accomplish this by minimizing the distraction of non-production work on production resources, while partnering to improve how production work gets done. RPO is involved in CLOS internal, as well as larger Bank initiatives that would benefit from the team's knowledge of CLOS data, systems, and processes. We utilize data from TD Data Warehouses to produce reporting, and to support research efforts. We provide Audit request support and performs various SOX Controls on a periodic basis. We meet directly with teams to identify, develop, and implement process simplification solutions to reduce process time, work complexity, and manual effort. This role is relied upon by CLOS colleagues and other business partners (audit, etc) as a system, process and data SME. The person in this role supports CLOS process improvement and process simplification by building reports and creating/supporting data delivery processes for ongoing programs (ex. Fed Pledge team data file and Loan Quality Macro process). This role regularly supports audit/sox requests by providing data sets and/or test cases pulled from our data marts.
