The Enterprise BI Team is the central hub of analytics at WebstaurantStore. We transform billions of data points across marketing, supply chain, and customer experience into trusted data and into actionable insights. Leveraging a modern data stack and innovative practices, the team enables smarter decisions, scalable growth, and new opportunities. As a Senior BI Manager in the team you will lead and grow a high-performing team of BI Analysts and Engineers while shaping the future of our BI ecosystem. You'll partner across business units, architect scalable data solutions, and drive innovation in how we deliver insight at scale.

  • Deliver measurable business impact through advanced BI and analytics solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of BI Analysts and Engineers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, translate strategy into data, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Own major components of BI and DW architecture end-to-end.
  • Drive migration from legacy to cloud-native BI platforms.
  • Improve data quality, governance, and development practices.
  • Define and execute the BI strategy and roadmap, aligning with enterprise growth.
  • 8+ years in BI analysis, data warehousing, or engineering.
  • 6+ years hands-on with SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and visualization.
  • 6+ years people management, building and scaling BI teams.
  • 4+ years delivering BI solutions in e-commerce or similar high-scale business.
  • 2+ years developing Customer Journey / Customer360 BI solutions.
  • Experience delivering analysis and actionable insights to decision makers.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar cloud-native platforms.
  • Experience with dbt or SQLmesh, and visualization tools (PowerBI, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong track record of cross-functional leadership and communication.
  • Led or contributed to data stack migration supporting 500+ users.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DataOps practices.
  • Data Governance and Quality program design.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
