About The Position

The Global Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is looking for a skilled, customer-obsessed Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic organization. As a Senior BI Engineer in the RME Central MAP team, you will work with large volumes of data to solve complex business problems and provide actionable insights through data analytics. You will collaborate with senior leaders across RME to align scalable metrics, track measurable results, and develop strategic opportunities where data improvements can drive significant impact. The successful candidate will have extensive experience designing and delivering analytical solutions in a highly ambiguous environment, be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences, and have strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires a deep passion for data, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, and a commitment to cross-functional collaboration.
