The Fay Group is currently looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team! Reporting to the VP, Data Management, the Sr. Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for hands-on involvement in the architecture, delivery, and governance of data reporting and data delivery. The role will encompass data warehousing and business intelligence responsibilities with a focus on data architecture, sourcing, reporting, and analytics. The position will optimize data models, reports, and dashboards with the expectation to integrate advanced analytics and machine learning, while also ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and security by providing technical support and end-user training. The BI Developer will drive innovation by suggesting and implementing new BI tools, optimizing queries, and documenting data processes.
