Danfoss Drives is ready to provide you a unique opportunity to play an essential role in a cross-functional, global, high-impact position, as our new Sr. Business Development Manager. You will become part of a strong dedicated sales organization, which supports our ambitions to become the number one drives supplier globally. You will be working in a dynamic global sales organization with responsibility for Danfoss Drives largest customers. The Global Key Account Management Team works with our top customers in all regions of the world, bringing valuable support and alignment between our organizations. As part of a global matrix organization with a culturally open mindset, you will build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders both internal and externally. You will provide inputs on business segment and product strategies, portfolio priorities, product adaptations and co-creations with outside organizations. You will be a professional global key account manager who acts as a diverse role model to motivate and inspire others. You will need to ensure customers have access to the strong company backbone guaranteeing a best-in-class experience, including the Danfoss full portfolio, our truly global footprint, and our unique Value Proposition as a pure player in the market. As a fundamental responsibility you will need to understand and influence our Global Accounts to expand their offer to the market using Danfoss products. Your role will not be limited to a procurement-sales relationship, it will rather need to have a comprehensive approach where you master the customer organization understanding, the market way of procuring systems and drives, the customer opportunity pipeline, and with that securing a sustainable growth path for Danfoss.
