Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven background in technical sales, distribution sales, and marketing
  • Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple complex technical projects and shifting priorities
  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, matrixed, and technically driven environments
  • Effective team collaborator with experience engaging cross-functional teams, including management, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a strategic mindset toward business development and customer engagement
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the enablement of select distribution partners for successful promotions, enablement, and business wins.
  • Lead the engagement with select accounts to support key account development and business growth with Infineon’s solution
  • Develop deep understanding of the distribution market in the region and provide distribution market intelligence and data analytics from regional perspective.
  • Collaborate with Infineon Distribution Organization for the expansion of Automotive / Transportation solutions in the Distribution Market including new markets such as Robotics and Industrial Automation.
  • Establish and develop relationships with key customer engineering personnel and decision makers.
  • Engage with target customers and provide enablement presentations and training to customers, sales, and distribution.
