About The Position

At Logic20/20, we are rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic Sr. Business Development Executive to be a driving force behind our continued success within the Energy & Utility industry. As a Sr. Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to help shape our business development strategy, cultivate key partnerships, and spearhead revenue growth for our utility clients. Requirements

  • 8+ years of extensive experience in business development with a strong portfolio of successful client acquisition and conversion strategies.
  • Proficient in leveraging personal and professional networks to foster relationships with C-level executives.
  • Proven experience selling and positioning professional services/management consulting solutions within the energy & utility sector.
  • Strong desire to learn and expand knowledge in business and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage personal network and foster relationships with influential business decision-makers.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close business with new accounts.
  • Engage in a collaborative team sales approach with a range of practice leaders and members.
  • Consistently identify, qualify, cultivate, and acquire new clients in a competitive industry.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with a target base salary range of $140,000 - $215,000.
  • Uncapped commission with OTE of $250,000 - $330,000.
  • Performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
