The Senior Business Data Analyst reports directly to the Director of Planning & Analysis. The Senior Business Data Analyst, in addition to any and all activities of the Business Data Analyst, provides supervisory and training support to Business Data Analysts and provides direct support to business development efforts, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. The Senior Business Data Analyst is responsible for performing advanced analytics using a variety of strong math, statistics, programming, data mining, and problem solving skills to optimize and develop business opportunities, and assist with executive business recommendations. All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC).
