About The Position

The Sr Business Data Analyst will be responsible for identifying a problem statement, gathering requirements, identifying the proper data solution, and documenting the decisions to support G.E.H.A's business stakeholders. The Senior Business Data Analyst will be responsible for mentoring and leading team members and recommending standards and processes. This role supports data development and maintenance efforts of the Data & Analytics activities and initiatives in alignment with the Enterprise Data strategy, policies, and organizational goals.
