Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the MEP building industry.
- Experience with Autodesk products preferred (Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- At least 3 years in business improvement initiatives leveraging digital solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate client workshops and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making capability.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to develop digital strategies and assess current project performances.
- Define approaches for the application of BIM and innovative technologies on MEP projects.
- Collaborate with account teams to create and implement Customer Success Plans.
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships to address their business challenges.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure successful delivery of client strategies.
- Shape and define the technical consulting service offering for MEP projects.
- Engage with industry specialists to enhance the product offering.
- Facilitate workshops to guide clients towards effective solution paths.
- Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring quality and effectiveness of solutions.
- Document and assess the impact of solutions on customer investments.
- Contribute to the development of expanded consulting service offerings.
