About The Position

The Senior Business Architect oversees the end to end development, design and implementation of long term/ multi-year business strategy and associated roadmaps based on processes, organization, information and technology enablers. Builds cross-product, cross-channel, and cross-LOB business solutions that solve business problems by assembling and evolving the Bank's set of capabilities. Act as source for developing new and innovative set of business capabilities. The role works closely with a specific LOB, business pillar or multiple segments for business strategy, roadmaps and results.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or Business Architecture certificate and/or 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Extensive understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong C level/exec level presence, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Consumer and Commercial banking business fundamentals.
  • Experience running customer journeys and executing crosswalk with platforms.
  • Ability to articulate and translate business strategy to actionable OKRs.
  • Demonstrable expertise in mapping and identifying gaps between customer and employee experiences.
  • Ability to capture, communicate and align strategic objectives with business and operating models.
  • Familiar with the Fundamentals of Business Architecture.

  • Anticipates emerging business trends and regulatory/risk issues.
  • Advises on execution strategy and leads the development and deployment of functional programs.
  • Solves unique and ambiguous problems with broad impact.
  • Impacts the technical or functional direction and resource allocation of part of an enterprise function.
  • Engages stakeholders to take action and influences change.
  • Provides leadership guidance and collaborates with business to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Identifies and leads problem resolution for complex project/program requirements.
