Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in .NET-based software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the .NET framework, including familiarity with C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Experience with requirement gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
• Proficiency in using Business Analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with database management (SQL Server, MySQL) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements.
• Create detailed requirement documents (BRDs, SRS) and user stories that can be used by the development team.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions.
• Work with the development team to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with business needs and requirements. Provide input for system design and architecture.
• Analyze data and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to measure business performance.
• Assist in the development of test cases, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that the implemented solution meets the business requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure that the user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
