About The Position
The Business Analyst III plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology solutions and business strategies within the organization. This position is responsible for helping business partners implement technology solutions in a cost-effective manner by determining the requirements of various products, projects, or programs and communicating these requirements clearly to the relevant teams. The Business Analyst III provides general analytical support across the IT organization, necessitating a strong understanding of key business processes, drivers, and both short and long-term strategies, as well as the technologies that support them. In this role, the Business Analyst III will engage in user testing and support quality assurance efforts, ensuring that the technology solutions align with the business needs. The position requires the ability to manage ambiguity and create accurate project effort estimates while recognizing the implications of changes in business strategy. The Business Analyst III will also be responsible for developing training materials and process documentation, supporting and training staff and business partners, and serving as an escalation point for problem resolution. This position is designed for a professional with a strong analytical background who can facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders, including product managers, business units, and IT leaders. The Business Analyst III will be expected to prioritize business line demands, conduct planning meetings, and develop a prioritized list of project work that reflects the organization’s priorities. This role is essential for ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional technology solutions that drive the organization forward.
