About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as a strategic liaison between business units and the Chief Information & Technology Organization (CITO). This role focuses on translating complex business and financial requirements into actionable technical solutions, while supporting digital transformation and financial process optimization initiatives. Operating at both strategic and execution levels, the CITO Business Analyst partners with stakeholders, product teams, architects, delivery teams, and vendors to drive informed decision‑making and successful technology outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial or enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting financial transformation initiatives
  • Strong background in:
  • Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Experience in asset management (depreciation, valuation, lifecycle management)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial structures
  • Experience in benchmarking and KPI analysis
  • Exposure to financial project management and process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Strong forecasting and budgeting capabilities
  • High attention to detail in financial reporting and compliance
  • Ability to think strategically about financial planning and cost allocation
  • Proficiency in:
  • Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT/CITO teams
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Support financial transformation initiatives and process improvements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
  • Collaborate with product teams, architects, developers, and vendors
  • Support decision-making through data analysis and reporting
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in project lifecycle activities including planning, testing, and delivery
  • Analyze and track KPIs, financial metrics, and performance benchmarks
  • Provide insights on financial planning, forecasting, and cost optimization
