Job Overview As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide systems and business analysis expertise to support the design, enhancement, and optimization of patient services programs and digital solutions. Under general direction, you will gather and translate user needs into clear business and system requirements that guide internal teams toward building scalable, effective products for clients. You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, lead requirement‑gathering discussions, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—including client services, development, and QA.
