As a Senior Business Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our Credit Risk clients and technical teams. You'll consult with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in transforming client requirements into functional specifications, driving impactful project implementations.

  • Analyze the business needs of Credit Risk clients and stakeholders to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project implementations from initiation to closure.
  • Liaise between the business side of the enterprise and IT department or external service providers.
  • Communicate business requirements clearly and succinctly, focusing primarily on functional requirements.
  • Facilitate project communications, ensuring stakeholder and client expectations are met.
  • 3+ years of progressive management experience, including major project management, in a large operational environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working within Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience managing Jira Boards, creating Jira tickets, and Scrum Master experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience within credit, risk management, merchant processing, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working with technical delivery teams.
  • 4+ years of experience utilizing Clarity knowledge.
  • Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and select appropriate solutions.
