Due to extensive growth, Rite-Hite has an opening for a Sr. Business Analyst at our new headquarters in Milwaukee's Fifth Ward. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading and being the subject matter expert (SME) in the assigned business process areas related to manufacturing and finance within the organization. This role requires deep expertise in manufacturing processes and financial operations, including a strong understanding of production workflows, cost management, financial reporting, and analysis. The position involves managing a complex matrix of stakeholders globally and integrated applications within our IT ecosystem.

  • Serve as the SME for system applications within the manufacturing and finance domains, including supporting software and integration.
  • Leverage expertise in manufacturing processes such as production planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including global teams in Europe and China, to collect and rationalize business requirements.
  • Prioritize requirements based on business impact and value, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
  • Develop detailed requirements and use cases for new products, features, and enhancements.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and develop proactive risk mitigation plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to develop, test, launch, validate, and refine features.
  • Utilize creativity, research, data analysis, and management skills to identify issues, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team.
  • Assess and develop innovative solutions to address complex business workflows.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in complex problem solving and business process designing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, computer science, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications and experience with ERP systems.
