About The Position

The Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce) will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing IP Corporation’s Salesforce platform to align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the business—partnering closely with our sales, IT, and executive teams to drive process improvements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure seamless adoption across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices.
  • Experience in business process modeling, optimization, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to lead small to mid-sized projects; PMP, Agile, or similar certifications a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and refine business requirements for Salesforce-related projects.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support business process efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into actionable technical plans.
  • Oversee the delivery, testing, and integration of new Salesforce features and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance, training, and support to Salesforce users across departments.
  • Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
  • Mentor and support junior Salesforce Business Analysts to strengthen team capability.
