Fraud – when a customer’s personal information is stolen or bank account is compromised – is a defining and increasingly frequent moment in our customers’ financial lives. The Customer Protection (CP) organization within Retail Bank is at the heart of protecting Capital One’s customers from fraud. Within CP, you will work on a team of business analysts and work together with Data Scientists, Digital Product Owners, Engineers, and Operations leaders to face down fraudsters every day. In addition, you will test and deliver the capabilities that will be needed to beat the fraud attacks we expect in the future.
