Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to be on-site two days per week. Role Overview: The PeopleSoft Functional Business Analyst supports PeopleSoft HCM implementations by leading requirements gathering, business process design, and functional documentation, with a focus on Public Sector environments. Candidates must hold a DOD Secret Clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.
Requirements
- DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of business analysis experience on complex ERP projects.
- 3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor experience.
- Knowledge of Public Sector business processes.
- Strong functional analysis and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of HCM business processes.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and business process mapping for PeopleSoft HCM
- Develop functional design documentation and system requirements
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support PeopleSoft HCM module implementations, particularly Time and Labor
- Translate complex functional requirements into clear, actionable documentation
