About The Position

As a Sr. Business Analyst within PNC's Financial Systems Organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with reconciliation standards and processes. This position involves extensive collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies and support the development of new reconciliation tools. You will be responsible for reporting, compliance oversight, and project work related to business requirements and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Frontier Reconciliation application, reports, processes, and controls comply with PNC Reconcilement Standards and Policies.
  • Communicate with PNC Service partners to ensure compliance with reconcilement processes and standards.
  • Create and present monthly statistics to Finance, Risk, Audit, and end user teams regarding enhancements and project statuses.
  • Notify management of any non-compliance issues and assist in resolving them.
  • Consolidate reconciliation tools and streamline governance policies to strengthen PNC Standards and Controls.
  • Support testing and sign-off of reconcilement changes due to new products and data attributes.
  • Review business requirements and develop new reconciliations with business teams.
  • Coordinate resolution of production issues with business and technology partners.
  • Assist reconcilers with report/tool questions and certify end user access.
  • Support quarterly application certification processes and governance requests.
