The Sr. Business Analyst – DOT serves as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders within BCIT and city agencies to lead the understanding and documenting of detailed requirements for critical agencies’ initiatives. As the primary conduit between business and technical stakeholders, this role will be responsible for clearly understanding initiative goals and objectives, defining measures of success, and documenting as-is and to-be business process to drive successful implementation of technology enhancements and new modern SaaS based platform solutions for the agency. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder engagement and communication, a proven track record in balancing multiple projects at the same time, and experience in the public sector.
