We're seeking a skilled Sr Business Analyst to join our Food Service Customer Operations Team who loves digging into complex data, solving challenging problems, and leading initiatives that span multiple teams. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to uncover opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver innovative solutions—from streamlining workflows to enhancing system capabilities. You'll play a hands-on role in planning, testing, documenting, and training, while ensuring compliance and process excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience in Analyst role)
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience involving analysis, testing, software and process improvements
  • SAP and/or order management systems experience
  • MS Suite with strong Excel, SAPBW; skills in comparative analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, validates, manipulates, and interprets complex data from cross functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities.
  • Leads complex initiatives that have multiple interdependencies and cross functional implications.
  • Supports cross-functional planning to gather key data to align on solutions that meet customer and business needs.
  • Supports functional systems and program specifications through testing, developing project documentation, user training materials and conducting ongoing user support.
  • Responsible for process improvement, documentation, implementation and training.
  • Ensure system controls are in place and followed.
  • Manage audit requests for compliance of identified controls.
  • Acts as a mentor to customer service specialists by providing guidance, direction, and resolution.
