Amazon is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to drive large scale projects, programs, and technical initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for converting data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is an analysis expert who leverages a variety of data platforms and analytical tools to provide timely, meaningful, and consumable information. They build deep contextual and domain knowledge, and ensure data quality and build scalable tools. They communicate findings with the most effective and influential methods. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the long-term planning. This role will be responsible for partnering with multiple stakeholders to forecast the business needs for the next 3 years. A critical part of this role is to develop stable models and to be able to take the stabilized models to the next level from an automation standpoint. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and HR stakeholders in a high-pressure environment. You will manage a high-visibility program and partner with all levels of leadership to exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.
