This role serves as the value and analytics lead within the Enterprise Program Office (EPO) Enterprise Delivery function, enabling consistent value realization measurement across enterprise initiatives. The role defines KPI taxonomy and data definitions, builds and maintains value dashboards and reporting, and tracks benefits forecast versus actual to explain variance and inform decisions. It partners closely with Enterprise Delivery partners, Portfolio Governance, Finance, and initiative teams to provide decision-ready insights for governance forums and to support evidence packs with analytics and quality assurance. Success is measured by the clarity and consistency of KPI measurement, adoption of value dashboards, and the degree to which insights accelerate decision-making and drive sustained outcomes post-launch
