As a Sr. Business Analysis Manager, Fast Analytics, you will serve as a senior individual contributor delivering insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for generating analysis, reporting, and recommendations using advanced statistical, data science, and business intelligence tools. You will partner with cross-functional teams to address complex, high-priority analytical requests, scope ambiguous business questions, and prioritize work based on business impact. Success is measured by the quality, timeliness, and clarity of insights provided, as well as the measurable impact on leadership decisions and organizational outcomes. Your work will influence enterprise strategy and customer experience by enabling data-driven improvements and informed business actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
  • Degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Decision Science, or similar quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience (Required)
  • 7–10 years of analytics experience solving complex business problems using quantitative approaches
  • Advanced experience with SQL and analysis of complex datasets
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges
  • Exceptional data analysis capabilities across broad datasets to maximize value creation and return on investment
  • Financial modeling experience supporting strategic and operational decision-making
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Python, R, Go, or similar statistical or data science language (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide insights and recommendations that optimize business and customer outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Independently manage and prioritize a pipeline of complex analytical requests based on urgency and business impact
  • Scope and structure ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches
  • Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions, including reports, dashboards, and self-service tools that support enterprise objectives
  • Apply advanced analytical and modeling techniques, including SQL analysis of complex datasets, to enhance decision-making and resource prioritization
  • Perform competitive analysis, quantitative research, and financial modeling to evaluate strategic alternatives
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations
  • Support execution of initiatives through data-driven insights and partnership across the organization
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
