The Sr Building Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining and coordinating inventory and quality control, scheduling and recording plant and infrastructure operations, and liaising between internal partners and vendors. The role requires compliance with NERC CIP cyber security standards, including passing a Personnel Risk Assessment and attending cyber security training. The technician will also assist in ensuring that contract mechanical maintenance services meet specified results, promote preventive maintenance strategies, and manage mechanical maintenance inventory. The position is under general supervision and may assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor or manager.
