About The Position

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you are responsible for bringing the brand to life every day by providing an amazing shopping experience for every guest, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of the company, proud of the products, and passionate about building brand loyalty. Above all, you represent the company values and bring your authentic self to work daily.

Requirements

Love interacting with people.
Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
Love AE and Aerie products.
Worked in retail before.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist the team in #gettingthejobdone.
Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
